Our Story

The Name

The word SYNERGON is rooted in Greek, means working together. SYN means together; ERGON means work. We believe in working collaboratively with our clients to achieve positive desirable outcomes. The word STRATEGY implies the positive desirable outcomes are practical, implementable and measurable. Our clients are able to assess their progress through implementation of the strategy.

The Logo

The Synergon Strategy logo of an Eagle and an Orca is a First nation design commissioned by the Founder to represent the intentions of the company. It was designed by Cory Douglas (modernformline.com), a First Nation artist with the Squamish First Nation in British Columbia, Canada, with Haida and Tsimshian ancestry. The Eagle and the Orca are spiritual animals that the Founder has a deep connection with.

The placement of the Eagle on the right projects hope, optimism, and vision of possibilities; while the Orca circles on the left portrays collaboration and inclusion. The choice of colours in burgundy and grey honours the elegance and sacredness of the animal. The design honours traditions; while recognizes evolution in design.
