Unique co-creation experience with an audience sharing my own experience with healing and transformation. Through sharing my own lessons, blessings, body awareness, nervous system regulation, forgiveness, letting go, along with taking responsibility of the parts I played in my own experience, all the learning, unlearning and remembering, how I build capacity, agency, ability, and willingness to come back to myself again and again in owning my truths and genuine authenticity.
